Matthew 26:47-75 - The Betrayal and Denial of Jesus

$0.00

The night before Jesus' crucifixion, his closest disciple, Judas Iscariot, betrayed him to the religious leaders. Judas, motivated by greed, led a group of soldiers to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus was praying with his disciples.

Jesus was arrested and taken before the Sanhedrin, the Jewish high court, where he was falsely accused and condemned to death. Peter, one of Jesus' disciples, denied knowing him three times out of fear, even though he had previously declared his unwavering loyalty to Jesus.
